- If you register as a member of atChristmastime.com, your registration information is protected through a unique login ID and password. We recommend that you change your password periodically, particularly if other people have access to your computer.

- If you purchase from the atChristmastime.com store, we will collect contact, shipping, and other order related information during the check out process, but we do not collect or store credit card information any where on our site or our Host's server. During the check out process, you will be transferred to the reputable Moneris Solutions secured server for real-time approval of your credit card information and then returned to the atChristmastime.com site to complete your order.
Store Product Pricing
We believe that you should be able to shop with confidence that you're getting the best price possible and we're pricing our store products with this goal in mind. If you find a better price elsewhere, please let us know!
atChristmastime.com Membership Savings Plan
To make shopping on-line easier for you every day, we introduced the atChristmastime.com Membership Savings Plan in late January 2004. The atChristmastime.com Membership Savings Plan guarantees you a price discount of 20 percent (20%) off our listed regular retail price on all in-stock items for the duration of your purchased Membership Plan. And, subject to product availability from the vendor, the discount also applies to Special Order (not in stock) items.
The price discounts start on the day the atChristmastime.com Membership Savings Plan is purchased and apply for the length of time paid in advance. For example, if you purchase a 3 month Plan on March 30th, 1:00 PM, it will expire on June 30th, 1:00 PM, of the same year.
If you are purchasing items along with a Plan, we will adjust your order before charging your credit card so that you get the benefit of the appropriate discounts immediately.
Important Notes:
In order to use the atChristmastime.com Membership Savings Plan, you must become a registered member of the atChristmastime.com web site. Please register and sign in before purchasing a Plan so that we can record your plan as part of your membership profile.
The atChristmastime.com Membership Savings Plan has no redeemable cash value, cannot be transferred to any other person, and the purchase price cannot be refunded in whole or in part.
If any order includes items or quantities of items that are not in stock, we may have to cancel those items from your order if the artist or vendor is unable to ship them to us for any reason. We will contact you if this proves to be the case.
The discounts do not apply to any purchases that you may have made in the past.
The discounts apply to product prices only and do not apply to taxes, product transport costs, or any other order costs.
The atChristmastime.com Membership Savings Plan is void where prohibited in whole or part by law.
Store Payment Methods
We currently accept Mastercard, VISA and PayPal as payment methods. If you do not have Visa, Mastercard, or a PayPal account, please contact us and we'll try to make alternative arrangements.
Timing of Payments
During the check out process, you will be transferred to the reputable Moneris Solutions secured server for real-time approval of your credit card information and then returned to the atChristmastime.com site to complete your order. This means that the amount has been authorized but not yet charged against your credit card. Special order items need to be paid before we ask the artist to ship their items. Therefore, if your order contains special order items, we will ask Moneris Solutions to process the preapproved amount less any adjustments at that time. Otherwise, just before your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will process the preapproved amount less any adjustments.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped from our contracted warehouse facilities in St Peter, MN, USA. During the store check out, shipping charges are calculated based on the approximate weight of each item. The combined weight, with packaging, of your order may vary from the estimate, but we use the estimated cost unless materially different from actual shipping charges.

UPS is a preferred carrier because of their efficient service and low rates. UPS Express requires a signature for delivery so please be sure that you are home to accept delivery and to check the contents for damage.

You should be aware that you are solely responsible for these charges.

- Timing of Shipments
- Your order may contain a mix of in-stock and special order items and, if it appears that the special order items will delay shipment beyond the time originally estimated in the store, we will contact you to see if you would like us to split the items and ship them separately. Orders that only contain in-stock items should ship out the next business day, Monday to Friday. So, if you order on a Friday, the warehouse will be able to ship the order the following Monday. Orders containing special order items will be shipped the business day following the arrival of all of the items into the warehouse. We will certainly keep you updated as to the status or your order.

Minimum Order
We do not have a minimum order requirement, however, if your order items total to less than $10.00 USD, a $2.00 Shipping and Handling fee will be added to the shipping charges estimated for your order.
Taxes and Duties
- US Destinations
- Taxes and duties are not charged on orders shipped to US addresses.
- USPS Shipping to Canadian Destinations
- We presently ship from an order fulfillment warehouse in the United States and Canada Customs reserves the right to charge taxes on shipments coming into Canada. We want to be sure that GST and/or PST taxes are not charged twice, so, during the store checkout process you may notice that GST and PST totals show zero amounts if you select USPS shipping methods. Canadian provinces enforce provincial taxes so the applicable provincial sales tax will be charged on the order at the time the postal services makes delivery to the recipient. Residents of all provinces in Canada will be charged GST on the order at the time the courier or postal services makes delivery. Canada Customs may also charge duties on some or all of the items in the order. Presently, Christmas decorations are exempt, but other Christmas related items and general consumer items may not be. The following example of how to calculate duties and taxes comes from the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency site and is provided for your convenience only:
For an invoice indicating a value of US $100 and a currency exchange rate of 1.32:
US $100 x 1.32 = CAN $132.00 the value for duty
$132.00 x 4% rate of duty = $5.28 customs duties
$132.00 + $5.28 = $137.28 the value for tax
Calculate the GST: $137.28 x 7% = $9.61 amount of GST
Calculate the PST: $137.28 x 7% = $9.61 amount of GST
Total of duties and taxes to pay: $5.28 + $9.61 + $9.61 = $24.50
We regret that we can not be more precise in providing accurate taxes and duties information at this time.
- USPS Shipping to Other Destinations
- Residents of other countries may be charged taxes, in accordance with local laws, on the order at the time the parcel is delivered. We presently ship from an order fulfillment warehouse in the United States and your Customs office may reserve the right to charge taxes on shipments of merchandise entering into your country. We want to be sure that taxes are not charged twice, so, during the store checkout process you may notice that GST and PST totals show zero amounts if you select USPS shipping methods. Your Customs office may also charge duties on some or all of the items in the order. Please check with your local authorities.
Order Adjustments and Cancellations
Please also see "Special Order Items" below. You can adjust or cancel an order or part of an order up until the items have been shipped to the shipping address that you indicated during checkout. To adjust or cancel an order, please send an email to sales@atchristmastime.com and be sure to mention the invoice number and which items you wish to have adjusted or cancelled.
Order Returns
- Special Order Items
- The atChristmastime.com store specializes in unique items handcrafted by artisans around the world and many of these items are special ordered when our customers place their orders. We also try to offer as many options on products as possible (for example, sweatshirts in a variety of sizes and colors) which may require special order from a supplier. Special order items are identified in their product descriptions in the store. Sales on these items are final once the items have been shipped by the artisan or supplier. Please be sure of your order to avoid disappointment.
- Stock Items
- In stock items may be returned for a period up to 30 days from the time you receive them provided that they are in original condition and resaleable. Shipping costs to return the item(s) is your responsibility. A restocking fee of 10% of the retail value of the item(s) returned will be retained by atChristmastime.com Incorporated to cover warehouse handling and administrative costs. Please contact us at sales@atchristmastime.com for a merchandise return approval number before returning any merchandise.
- Defective Items
- Items that are defective may be returned for replacement or a full refund of their purchase price. Please contact us at sales@atchristmastime.com for a merchandise return approval number before returning any merchandise. We will pay the return and replacement shipping but we will advise as to the lowest cost method of returning the items. For items damaged during shipping, see Damaged Items/Orders below.

Damaged Items/Orders
- All orders placed within the atChristmastime.com store are insured for shipping. If items were damaged during shipping, please report it immediately to the delivery person (ie. USPS or UPS) so that you can pursue a claim for compensation with them and email us at service@atChristmastime.com with a complete description of the damage. Although we endeavor to protect product packaging during shipment, damaged product packaging is not considered a damaged product.
Wholesale
The atChristmastime.com store is retail only. We buy from manufacturers, importers, and distributers across North America. If you are interested in purchasing any of our store products at wholesale prices, please contact each product's "Artist/Vendor" directly, including Lady Jayne Ltd and Brownlow Gifts.
